Manager, Enterprise Business Intelligence

Job Summary: This role will be instrumental in building trusted relationships throughout the business while leading the design and development of organizational dashboards and reports. The position will consistently assess strategy, approach, and deliverables as the business and industry evolve. Additionally, this role will also be responsible for ensuring quality, driving operational efficiency, and setting priorities to ensure deliverables are driving the business forward Essential Functions: • Understands the entire data warehouse structure, available data, organizational KPIs, and business objectives • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including data professionals and business units, to understand their data visualization needs and objectives • Acts as a data thought leader, internal consultant, point of contact, and trusted advisor to business customers • Translates requirements into effective and impactful dashboards and reports that enable information sharing across the business • Drives adoption of data visualization and reporting solutions through comprehensive training plans, thoughtful communication, development of supporting materials, and organization of internal reporting portal • Leads and manages the data visualization team, setting goals, providing guidance, and evaluating performance • Provides training and support to team members and other stakeholders on data visualization tools and techniques • Ensures the accuracy and integrity of data used in visualizations, in close collaboration with data management teams • Other Duties as assigned   Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience Years of Experience: 3-5 Years Years of Management: 1-3 Years of Management   Preferred Licensing, Certifications and Skills: • Experience with Snowflake, SSRS, and Tableau strongly preferred • Proficiency in SQL required  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms and data visualizations.   Standard Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: •Technical/Functional Expertise: Has knowledge of the job, function, department and its impact on customers, continues to learn and grow, stays current on changes in process, policy and function, and fulfills responsibilities of the job •Customer & Relationship Focus: Anticipates and delivers on customer needs, manages internal/external relationships, respectful of team, resolves problems, responds with tact and diplomacy, shares pride of the brand to customers, preserves the culture •Decision Quality: Makes sound decisions quickly, gathers information, considers long-term repercussions of decisions, is accountable for decisions •Drives for Results and Quality: Takes ownership of job assignments and productivity, takes initiative, focuses on the quality and quantity of results, sets priorities and meets deadlines and keeps management apprised of progress Salary Range: Base: $115k to $145k  Variable Pay: 15% bonus potential Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below.
