Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Contract Marketing Manager to support retail launches, marketing operations, and cross-functional coordination.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building structure, managing moving pieces, and supporting the operational realities of scaling a brand within professional retail environments.
You will work closely with the founder and external partners to help drive initiatives from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Retail & Launch Execution
• Support retail and distributor launch initiatives
• Coordinate timelines for merchandising, visuals, POS assets, and collateral
• Assist with in-store programs and sampling initiatives
• Track retailer-driven deliverables and deadlines
Marketing Operations & Project Management
• Own coordination of marketing and brand initiatives
• Manage vendors, partners, and production timelines
• Maintain organization of marketing assets and materials
• Ensure projects stay aligned with launch schedules and priorities
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Interface with distributors, retailers, and external partners
• Translate direction into clear action items and timelines
• Identify gaps, delays, and execution risks
• Support evolving priorities in a fast-moving environment
Ideal Candidate
• 4–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or related roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in beauty, retail, CPG, or startup environments preferred
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
• Able to operate effectively with limited structure
