Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking 2nd year Master level students to join us as Paid Clinical Interns. The role involves providing support in outpatient clinics or in-home therapy teams, focusing on therapeutic engagement with diverse clients and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Join Outpatient Clinics or In Home Therapy teams
- Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy on site and through telehealth platforms
- Work as a detail-oriented clinician and member of a group
- Support care teams led by a master’s level clinician for children and adolescents with serious emotional and behavioral health needs
Skills
- Second year Master's student
- Must have an interest in community behavioral health
- Able to demonstrate high level of skill in therapeutic engagement of diverse clients, hold fidelity to evidence based practices that match the presenting problem, and good diagnostic skills
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
