Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, utilizing the renowned Mathnasium Method
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, establishing trust and confidence in our programs
- Teach in-center, online, and/or hybrid classes, adapting to the unique needs of each student
- Assess student progress, collaborate with team members, and deliver personalized instruction to ensure optimal learning outcomes
- Evaluate, grade, and correct student work, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional learning environment, ensuring a distraction-free space for students to thrive
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong math competency, with proficiency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of organization
- Willingness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method and our proprietary educational materials
