Primerica is recognized as a top workplace and is seeking a New Business Operations Processor 1. This role involves verifying and processing various policy change forms while ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Verifies information on Policy Change Forms (PCF), Contract Changes (CC), Backend Change Forms (BEC), Pre-Authorized Checking Forms (NBP) and Money Requirement Forms (MRN) for accuracy and then processes the requests as specified on the document
- Ensure the accuracy of signatures, dates and other vital information for State Compliance requirements
- All Agent information must be validated as being correct and that appropriate licenses are active within the compliance guidelines
- Perform research to complete certain tasks, correct deficient files, and perform basic accounting as needed
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 10 Key by touch
- Minimum typing skills of 35 wpm
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Basic Accounting Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Must be a team player with ability to work and think independently
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize
- Analytical and excellent decision making skills
- Ability to deal with confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and work overtime as needed
