Responsibilities and Duties:
In this role, you will assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with transfers and mobility
- Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes, laundry, bathroom cleaning)
- Meal preparation and snacks
- Accompanying clients to errands or medical appointments
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and shaving
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with prescribed range-of-motion exercises
- Dementia care
- Companionship activities (reading, music, puzzles, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
- CPR certification
- Active Florida CNA license
