Provide direct nursing care according to the prescribed patient therapy plan.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Administer medications, perform routine nursing procedures, and document patient progress.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Initiate patient education and preparation for home healthcare or transition to non-acute care settings.
Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Skill in the use of medical technologies and software for patient care and documentation
