IS3 is looking for a Part-Time Odoo System Operations Manager to oversee the Odoo ERP system, acting as a liaison between business operations and IT for an external client to site 100% remote.
Key duties include managing and optimizing the Odoo platform, gathering requirements, customizing modules, training users, ensuring data integrity, and streamlining business processes through the system. This role requires a combination of business acumen and technical understanding to align Odoo with company objectives, but is not a developer position.
Responsibilities
• System Management: Maintain and manage the Odoo ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Business Analysis and Requirements: Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and analyze business operations to ensure Odoosolutions meet company needs.
• Implementation and Customization: Implement and configure Odoomodules and applications according to business requirements and priorities.
• User Support and Training: Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo functionalities and best practices to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes and updates to streamline business processes.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the Odoosystem.
• Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects related to the Odoo ERP system and collaborate with technical teams.
• Strategic Alignment: Act as a bridge between business operations and the technical team to ensure Odoo initiatives align with business goals.
