Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers and prospective customers
- Make outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction
- Compose and reply to customer and prospect emails
- Assist sales team with selling services over the phone
- Maintain accurate customer data records
- Take payments and handle collections
- Serve as first line of support for customer inquiries via various communication platforms
- Maintain detailed records of customer accounts in CRM
- Work closely with team to identify and resolve issues through effective problem solving techniques
Skills
