- Key official documents and land records with a minimum requirement of 6200 keystrokes per hour and 90% accuracy
- Handle inquiries regarding Official Records fees and procedures
- Address specific queries related to documents for recording and land records
- Tender sales, collect payments, and provide change
Skills
- Must be able to key 6200 keystrokes per hour with 90% accuracy
- Must successfully pass background investigation
- Must pass background check
- Spanish speaking a plus
