About the Role: Online Chat Specialist

As an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with visitors on our clients' websites via online chat software. Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch customer support in real-time, addressing queries, resolving issues, and promoting our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

• Build relationships with new customers to understand and achieve their needs
• Provide accurate, concise, and appropriate responses to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems
• Promote interest in client products and services
• Consistently achieve established standards of the position
• Project a positive and professional image
• Offer administrative support to the customer service team
• Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• PC keyboarding and internet experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
