Join our client's team as an Oracle Cloud ERP Report Developer with a strong focus on delivering high-quality financial reporting across key modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and related Oracle Cloud Finance functions.
Your work will directly enable stakeholders to make data-driven financial decisions through robust reporting outcomes.
️ Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM & Tax Management.
• Design, build, test & maintain financial reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and BICC, ensuring accuracy and business value.
• Develop & validate Oracle Cloud ERP finance reports based on deep knowledge of data models, tables, and reporting patterns.
• Ensure alignment with standards including version control, release management, and data integrity best practices.
• Provide technical support & mentorship to team members and serve as the Finance Reporting SME for IT partners.
• Support quarterly, legislative, and custom upgrades, managing reporting impacts for Finance modules.
• Analyze & resolve reporting issues, recommending continuous improvements.
• Prepare technical specs, document solutions, and communicate clearly with business users.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience developing & supporting reporting for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax).
• Proven experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and deep understanding of Oracle finance table structures.
• Expert-level experience with BI Publisher, customization, bursting, and deployment of finance reports.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting lifecycle & compliance in ERP systems.
• Ability to support financial data integrations & migrations (file / service-based).
• ️ Excellent communication skills with strong documentation discipline.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Functional experience across Oracle ERP Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax).
• Hands-on experience with FRS, OTBI, BICC reporting for finance scenarios.
• ⚙️ Experience with automation tools (ESS job scheduling, BICC extract, bursting).
• Background in Healthcare Finance / ERP environments is highly desirable.

• Serve as the Finance Reporting Technical Lead, handling recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs.
• Analyze requirements, design technical specs, and translate finance needs into reporting solutions.
• Support Oracle Finance module upgrades, ensuring stability of business-critical reports.
• Mentor analysts on data analysis, financial reporting, and Oracle best practices.
• Partner with IT stakeholders on defect resolution, enhancements, and change planning.
