Job Description:
• Develop and deliver integrated change and communication plans.
• Work directly with senior leaders and guide strategy.
• Oversee key deliverables and help organizations navigate transformational change.
• Conduct and oversee impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Create and deliver compelling internal communications tailored to diverse audiences.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants to ensure consistent quality.
• Measure and monitor adoption and communications effectiveness to refine strategies.
Requirements:
• 8–10 years of experience in organizational change management, internal communications, or training within complex, global environments.
• Strong mastery of change management methodologies and tools (Prosci certification preferred).
• Skilled at developing and executing strategic internal communications, including executive messaging and change-related narratives.
• Confident partnering with and influencing senior leaders, guiding them through change with clear strategies and sound judgment.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation initiatives.
• Balance strategy with hands-on execution, comfortable setting direction and delivering high-quality work independently.
• Thrive in a dynamic consulting environment, bringing adaptability, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset to every engagement.
