Hiring: Outbound Sales Representative

Company: Rain Media/Organics Ocean 

Reports to: Supervisor (day-to-day); Director of Customer Care 

Status: Full-time

Location: Open only to candidates based in Arizona or outside the United States.

Position Overview

The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for proactively reaching out to existing and potential customers to drive revenue growth through outbound phone, email, and SMS communication.

This is a pure outbound sales role (not a hybrid inbound/outbound function), with a strong focus on converting leads, recovering at-risk subscriptions, and creating exceptional customer experiences that build long-term loyalty.

The ideal candidate is a motivated closer with a customer-first mindset, comfortable operating in a startup environment where speed, initiative, and accountability are key.
