DESCRIPTION:
We are a fast-growing startup performance-marketing agency with aggressive long-term goals. Paid media is at the center of our growth strategy—not vanity spend, not random boosts, not “run-and-hope” campaigns.
We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who knows how to operate with precision: someone who can design, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns that generate real pipeline—not just impressions.
We are not hiring someone to “run ads.”
We are hiring someone who understands:
– Audience logic
– Behavioral sequencing
– Ad-creative angle selection
– Budget deployment
– Evaluation windows
– Feedback loops
This is a strategic role where performance is visible, measurable, and rewarded.
Starts part-time at 10–15 hours/week, with immediate capacity to scale as ad spend increases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Strategy + Execution
– Plan and deploy campaigns across Meta and Google
– Understand intent-based audiences vs interruptive placements
– Establish logical campaign architecture
Ongoing Optimization
– Adjust budgets, pacing, retargeting pools, and sequencing
– Maintain measurement consistency
– Interpret platform signals intelligently (not reactively)
Performance Reporting (High-Level, Action-Based)
– Report on ROAS, CPA, CTR, cost-per-qualified lead
– Identify directional insight, not just metrics
A/B Testing
– Creative variations
– Positioning/angles
– Landing page versions
– CTAs and segmentation
This role is about structured thinking, not button-clicking.
REQUIREMENTS
– 2–5+ years running Meta and/or Google ads
– Experience in direct response or lead-gen environments
– Strong analytical skills
– Ability to identify insight from data—not just restate metrics
– Understands warm/cold segmentation
– Strategic communicator
– Reliable, organized, and consistent

– Know how to align landing pages with ad narratives
