Overview
We’re a fast-growing digital brand in the storytelling/memory-preservation space looking for an experienced paid-social operator to handle Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
We will supply all creative assets, copy, videos, images, and targeting guidelines.
Your job is to upload, structure, schedule, organise, tag, and maintain the ads inside each platform.
This is NOT a creative role. It’s pure platform execution and optimisation, ideal for someone who lives inside ads dashboards and enjoys clean, operational workflow.
Responsibilities
Step-by-step, concrete duties:
Pinterest Ads
Upload provided images/videos into campaign structures
Create ad groups, interest targeting, keyword targeting
Implement tracking / UTM templates (we provide exact formats)
Schedule campaigns, set budgets, toggle on/off
Maintain clean naming conventions
Weekly reporting (CPM, CTR, saves, outbound clicks)
Reddit Ads
Upload creatives into multiple ad groups/subreddits
Apply bid strategies, daily budgets and pacing instructions
Set up audience targeting (subreddit + interest targeting)
Duplicate and refresh ads as per instructions
Monitor ad approvals (Reddit is picky)
Provide weekly performance summaries
TikTok Ads
Upload short-form videos (we’ll provide all edits)
Build campaign and ad group structures
Add captions, CTAs, tracking links
Ensure brand safety placement settings
Follow our scaling/duplication rules
Weekly reporting on CPA, CTR, hook rate, hold rate
Requirements
Proven experience operating all three platforms (Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok)
Strong organisational skills & obsessive attention to detail
Must understand ad policies for each platform
Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
Comfortable with weekly reporting
Fluent English
Bonus: experience with UTM tracking, Looker/GA4 reading, or Klaviyo (not required)
