**The Role**
As a Part-Time Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, engaging with customers via online chat to provide accurate information, answer questions, and turn conversations into leads. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build trust, and drive revenue growth for our clients. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, demonstrating your expertise in the automotive industry and providing accurate information about our clients' products and services.
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with customers.
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build their customer base and drive sales.
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients.
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries.
* Provide accurate and timely information about our clients' products and services, ensuring that customers have a positive and engaging experience.
* Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients.
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
* Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* A positive and professional demeanor is essential, as is excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
**Training and Requirements**
* On-the-job training via Zoom will be provided to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
* You will need to have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions is required, as this is a remote position.
* You will be required to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30pm EDT.
