Key Responsibilities

Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to questions and concerns
Provide detailed information about products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions
Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless customer experience
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry
Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve our services

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and adapt to change, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience

Essential Requirements

Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
