Our product is robust, and we require trained support experts to help our customers navigate our system and achieve their goals. We are now seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Customer Care Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission.
As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and prospective customers, providing support via live chat, email, phone, and video calls. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and help our customers get the most out of our product. You will be working remotely, and we are looking for someone who can commit to 20-30 hours per week, preferably 4-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. The ability to work until 8 pm ET Monday through Friday is a significant plus.
