**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone.
* Proactively identifying patterns and trends within the department to improve our processes and services.
* Continuously learning and developing knowledge about our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers.
* Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we're always delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce.
* Experience working in a remote environment and strong computer literacy.
* Proficiency in CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat.
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

**Shift Pattern and Schedule**
* Monday to Thursday/Friday
* 16-20 hours per week from 10 am-2 pm daily
**Salary and Benefits**
* Salary: £25,000.00 per year (pro rata to hours worked)
