**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing timely and effective responses to all inbound customer inquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone
* Proactively identifying patterns and trends within the department to improve processes and service delivery
* Continuously learning and developing knowledge about our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers
* Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we're always delivering the best possible experience for our customers
* Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and initiatives
* Adhering to arenaflex's brand values and customer service standards
**Experience Required**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce
* Experience working in a remote environment
* Strong computer literacy, written and verbal skills
* Experience with CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar
* Experience with various customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A quiet and dedicated workspace at home to ensure uninterrupted work

**Shift Pattern**
This part-time role requires 16-20 hours of work per week, from 10 am-2 pm, Monday to Thursday/Friday.
