**Job Summary**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, engaging with customers via online chat to provide exceptional support and turn conversations into leads. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, accurate information, and timely resolution of customer inquiries. **Responsibilities**
* Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide detailed information about arenaflex's products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and dealerships
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and databases
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of arenaflex's evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
* Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience or other fast-paced environments
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
**Requirements**
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust schedules as needed
* Able to attend 4 weeks of training Tuesday – Saturday from 10AM – 6:30PM CST, with a commitment to learning and development
* Flexible scheduling after completion of training, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week required
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Positive and professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
