Job Overview
In this part-time role, you will be responsible for researching contact lists, scheduling appointments for Sales Associates, and performing various clerical duties to support the sales team. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of excellence, you will play a vital role in contributing to the success of arenaflex. As a Part Time Data Entry and Researcher Assistant, you will work up to 28 hours per week, preferably between 8:30am-3:00pm (Monday-Wednesday) and 8:30am-12:30pm (Thursday-Friday) at our office located at 322 Sovereign Ct., St. Louis, MO 63011.
Key Responsibilities
- Research contact information for potential clients to enter into the marketing funnel, utilizing internet research and email correspondence skills to gather and analyze data.
- Set up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
- Make introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, in a timely and accurate fashion, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Assist with special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and arenaflex.
