Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, ensuring high-quality output and meeting client turnaround times.
- Navigate efficiently through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, utilizing your technical skills and attention to detail.
- Differentiate between various claim types and follow established data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify specific document types that require special handling and process them accordingly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, supporting a team-oriented environment.
