About the Role: How You'll Assist Us in Continuing to Climb
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist within our IT - Revenue Technology and Data Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various IT projects, including data analysis, business intelligence, and technical support for IT operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development, maintenance, upgrade, and support of our software applications or infrastructure environments.
- Gathering requirements for development, designing, and testing decision support systems.
- Utilizing data analysis to create performance dashboards and management-level agreements with various products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive IT transformation and innovation.
- Working on a variety of IT projects in a Business Analyst, Developer, Systems Specialist, or Data Analytics/BI type role.
What You Need to Succeed: Essential Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work from the Atlanta or MSP office (as determined during the interview process) with a hybrid work schedule (partially on-site/partially remote) with management approval.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Software Dev Lifecycle, cloud computing, and/or computer hardware components and/or support.
