As a Part-Time Loss Prevention Associate - Flex Schedule, you will play a vital role in protecting Kohl's physical, human, and property assets within our Distribution Center (DC). This is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, working overnight shifts from 10 pm to 6 am, Sunday through Saturday.
As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in Loss Prevention activities within the Distribution Center. Your primary focus will be on performing physical security, reporting policy and procedure violations to leadership, investigating internal theft, monitoring processes, auditing compliance, and performing data entry, documentation, and Gatehouse operations. You will work closely with the Loss Prevention team to ensure the protection of Kohl's assets and maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or equivalent and/or previous Distribution Center, Law Enforcement, and/or Store Loss Prevention experience. You should also have certification in the use of power equipment to aid in investigations. Preferred qualifications include auditing experience and working knowledge of software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and PeopleSoft.
