Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding insurance products and services
• Manage outbound follow-up calls to customers
• Provide basic policy information to customers
• Transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required
• Perform other related duties as needed
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when completing tasks
• Utilize PC skills to efficiently manage customer interactions and data

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience (preferred)
• Call Center Experience (a plus)
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient PC skills with typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment

Work Environment and Company Culture

As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from home up to 30 hours per week, with scheduled shifts starting at 10AM or noon, Monday through Friday. To ensure seamless operations, you must have:

• Excellent Internet connectivity with speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download
• A hard-wired Internet connection capable of supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
