Position Description: Part-Time Remote Veterinary Receptionist
As a Remote Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert customer service and support while working remotely. Your role will involve managing appointment scheduling, responding to client inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our client's veterinary services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels, both in English and Spanish.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders for veterinary services, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and veterinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files for clients and pets, adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Process payments, manage client billing inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in handling medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
