We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, embedding learning into real work and staying accountable for outcomes. The Partnership Onboarding Lead owns the system that turns qualified demand into high-quality early client experiences that convert into long-term partnerships. This role is accountable for protecting the integrity of Quadmark’s ready-to-go programs and early-stage delivery experience within the Product and Partnerships team — ensuring that what we sell lands with clarity, consistency, and momentum. This is a role that leads through craft, coordination, and structured execution across teams. Why this role matters Growth fails when the first experience is inconsistent or reactive. ● Ready-to-go program delivery varies by facilitator ● Early expectations aren’t aligned ● Insight isn’t captured structurally ● Growth conversations happen too late ● Expansion is left to chance As an enablement partner, we naturally prioritise quality delivery and thoughtful onboarding. But without deliberate growth design at entry, opportunities to deepen partnerships can be missed. The Partnership Onboarding Lead exists to ensure the first experience: ● Matches our promise ● Protects our reputation ● Creates momentum ● Builds a clear pathway forward Role purpose Own and manage Quadmark’s ready-to-go program and early-stage client delivery system so that initial projects convert into durable, aligned partnerships. You are accountable for: ● Managing delivery of repeatable gateway and ready-to-go products ● Ensuring consistent, high-quality client onboarding experiences ● Capturing structured insight from early engagements ● Designing clear growth plans from day one ● Enabling clean, intentional transition into Commercial for expansion You connect entry experience, delivery insight, and long-term partnership potential. The Onboarding System You Own The Partnership Onboarding Lead owns: ● Gateway workshop delivery coordination ● Repeatable “ready-to-go” product deployment ● Early-stage client experience and expectation alignment ● Structured growth planning conversations ● Conversion tracking from gateway → project ● Insight capture to inform Product & Enablement refinement ● Clean handover into Partnership Success Lead for longer-term delivery This role protects the conversion engine of the Growth Engine. Core responsibilities 1. Gateway delivery excellence & consistency ● Manage delivery of ready-to-go and gateway offers ● Ensure facilitators and delivery teams are prepared and aligned ● Maintain consistent standards across early engagements ● Safeguard the quality bar set by Product & Enablement 2. Client onboarding & expectation alignment ● Establish clear scope, outcomes, and success measures ● Ensure shared understanding between client and Quadmark ● Surface risks early ● Create a calm, confident first experience 3. Structured growth planning ● Lead early growth planning conversations in collaboration with the Strategic Partnership and Growth Lead ● Translate delivery insight into next-stage recommendations ● Collaborate with Partnership Success Lead to design long-term roadmap ● Ensure expansion is intentional, not reactive 4. Insight capture & feedback loops ● Capture structured insights from gateway delivery ● Feed insights into Product & Enablement for refinement ● Identify patterns in conversion and drop-off ● Continuously improve the entry experience 5. Clean transition to Commercial ● Ensure clear handover from gateway to enablement project ● Align Commercial team on context, stakeholders, and opportunity ● Protect margin and scope clarity ● Ensure continuity of client experience Decision rights ● Set standards for ready-to-go and gateway delivery consistency ● Require clarity before delivery begins ● Escalate misaligned scope or unclear expectations ● Recommend when a client is or isn’t ready to progress ● Shape the growth plan before transition into Commercial What great looks like ● Gateway and ready-to-go experiences feel premium, structured, and consistent ● Clients leave early engagements with clarity and momentum ● Conversion from gateway → project is strong and predictable ● Growth plans are defined within the first engagement ● Delivery and Commercial transitions are seamless ● Product & Enablement continuously improves based on real insight
