Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchant Services Sales Consultant to join our team as a 10-99 contractor. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about B2B sales with a focus on helping businesses optimize their payment processing and digital marketing solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored merchant services that drive business growth. This is a 10-99 position so there are no sales quotas or requirements.
Duties
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their payment processing and digital marketing needs and present suitable merchant service solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and value propositions of various merchant services
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and resolve any service issues promptly
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM tools
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to effectively position our services in the marketplace
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales opportunities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic understanding of payment processing systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• A professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills
• Prior experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools is advantageous

Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year
