The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic (to learn and be a part of a great team!), operationally-minded coordinator to support across a range of Operations and People related work and projects. In this role, you'll focus on making the employee experience smoother and more effective by improving processes, policies, and systems. From payroll and onboarding to learning and development, you'll work across initiatives to refine how things are done. You'll gather feedback, analyse data, and work with a world-class People and Operations team to shape initiatives that support both employees and the business.
