Job Summary
As a People Operations Generalist, you'll be responsible for administering various aspects of the employee lifecycle, conducting comprehensive reporting and audits, and maintaining HR systems. You'll work closely with the People and Culture team to ensure compliance, support teams across the organization, and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Administer various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including new hire orientation and benefits enrollment, with a focus on employee experience and compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive monthly reporting, dashboard administration, and audits to ensure compliance and support teams across the organization.
- Own systems administration and maintenance (ADP, Lattice), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist with People Operations payroll functions, including time card processing and benefit payroll deductions.
- Partner with the People Operations Manager on ad-hoc projects and roll-out of initiatives.
- Help continuously improve and create processes and workflows, leveraging systems, tools, and automation.
- Assist with documenting, maintaining, communicating, and training people operations processes and programs.
- Be the first point of contact for employee questions and requests, escalating as appropriate.
Essential Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in HR/People Operations.
- 1-2 years of experience supporting benefits administration.
- Proven experience utilizing HRIS (ADP Workforce Now preferred, but you can pivot to any HRIS if needed).
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to work with data (formulas, i.e., vlookup).
- Proven experience processing time cards for the non-exempt workforce.
- General knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with or a desire to learn more about US employment and labor laws.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with Lattice or other performance management tools.
- Experience with benefits administration, including FSA and HSA plans.
- Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
