About the Role Were looking for an A-player who blends creativity with analytical rigor to drive scalable growth. Youll own Meta Ads profitability while building a high-volume creative testing engine that fuels revenue at scale. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: we ask candidates for their expected range since we hire globally and benchmarks differ by region Performance-based commissions with no cap the more ROI you drive, the more you earn Equity milestones tied to clear performance and growth targets, giving you a stake in the companys long-term success 20 paid vacation days + 5 paid sick days annually Fully remote, fully flexible working environment Performance reviews every 6 months with opportunities for base increases and expanded equity Learning & growth opportunities, working directly with founders on high-impact projects Key responsibilities - Meta Ads Growth Scale to $500k+/month at 15%+ margins - Creative Strategy Systemize and oversee the process of creating 40+ creatives/week through UGC sourcing, briefs, and iteration. - Process Optimization Audit workflows, build SOPs, ensure scalable profitable output. - Cross-Channel Expansion Test TikTok, Google & other platforms for acquisition. - Leadership Align and mentor creatives, editors, and buyers; own channel profitability. Requirements Traits: Self-aware, disciplined, empathetic, conscientious, clear communicator. Skills: Shopify, Meta/Google/TikTok Ads basics, Foreplay (creative testing), video editing (bonus). Experience: Proven track record of hitting similar revenue/profit targets, with strong execution and ownership.
