Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and route prescriptions to pharmacists for completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with doctors and insurance agencies to resolve issues and facilitate claims
- Utilize excellent data entry skills to support team success and maintain high productivity levels
- Provide exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Technician certification in GA
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Proven data entry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialty pharmacy experience
- Claims processing experience, with ability to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and review claim issues
