NeoWork is seeking a Podcast & Social Media Operations Specialist to support our growing content production and distribution team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who can manage multiple podcast workflows efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Download and organize video (.mp4) and audio (.mp3) files from Google Drive
- Upload and schedule podcast content through our social media distribution platform, Ordinal
- Research and accurately tag podcast guests’ social media profiles in Ordinal
- Upload and publish full-length podcast episodes to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube
- Use Canva to create engaging and professional thumbnails for each episode
Requirements
- Familiarity or experience with social media management and digital content distribution
- Bonus: Prior experience using Notion (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and diligence with repetitive tasks
- Highly organized and adaptable to client-specific processes
- Able to prioritize effectively and handle time-sensitive or urgent tasks
- Proactive and clear communicator, especially when identifying challenges or bottlenecks
