About the position
Responsibilities
• Assists, manages, tracks progress, and provides oversight for human resources information technology policy, related issuances, reporting, congressional engagements, and correspondence.
• Monitors laws, policies, programs, special interests, and areas of concern regarding human resources information technology policies, programs, and operations.
• Develops and updates issuances and policies to establish and maintain compliance and standardization.
• Leads and conducts projects and studies requiring analysis and evaluation of program effectiveness. Assesses performance of key initiatives.
• Develops strategic communications messaging, channels, activities, and partnerships.
• Serves as a focal point for human resources IT inquiries.

• Develops and updates issuances and policies to establish and maintain compliance and standardization. Supervises and conducts projects and studies requiring analysis and evaluation of program effectiveness.
• Assesses performance of key initiatives.
• Manages strategic communications messaging, channels, activities, and partnerships. Serves as a focal point for human resources IT inquiries.
