Job Description:
• Performs problem tracking, diagnosis and root-cause analysis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex technical infrastructure issues
• Responds to issues in a timely manner by receiving and investigating incidents or service tickets
• Analyzes and observes trends with technical issues and develops recommendations for long-term improvements
• Applies in-depth knowledge of technical infrastructure, support, and an understanding of best practices
• Provides implementation and service support of core IT Platform infrastructure with a focus on Production Stability / Uptime
• Provides continuous Capacity Planning to ensure service demands can be met
• Provides support for SOC-1 and SOC-2 compliance and carrier partner audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management and data governance
• Database management skills with the ability to produce reports
• Familiarity with the support and troubleshooting of personal computers and tablet devices
• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
