## Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the business to create, maintain and communicate the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind
Deliver complex projects by defining features, write product specifications, user studies, iterate on feedback, review QA test plans, prioritize bug fixes, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner
Interview and interact with customers to build empathy, ensuring that their needs are met
Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made
Work closely with teams such as design, frontend and backend to deliver features that are first-in-class
Constantly understand market development and dynamics to ensure our products and features are best-in-class
Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams
## Job Requirements:
At least 10 years of fintech product management experience, domain knowledge in US payment systems and cash clearing networks a huge advantage
Good aptitude for understanding technical APIs and translating them to how they impact user stories is preferred
Hands-on and astute attention to detail especially in settlement flow design
