Job Description:
• Support event tracking design and analysis in tools such as Segment and Amplitude to inform product decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and event tracking.
• Conduct data audits to validate instrumentation accuracy and metric integrity.
• Build dashboards and reports to track user adoption and product performance.
• Create methods to measure key checkpoints in the product development lifecycle across different teams.
• Improve Voice of Customer intake workflows to increase prioritization clarity.
• Design scalable documentation standards.
• Support analysis and execution of documentation system migrations.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university.
• Majoring in Business, Information Technology, Economics, Business Information Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships.
• Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2026 and ending in August/September 2026.
