Key Responsibilities (What you’ll do)
Lead the Technology Delivery team within TD&V, setting clear direction and priorities.
- Own and contribute to financial investment planning, budgeting, and forecasting (e.g. FY planning, OPEX/CAPEX alignment) for TD&V deliverables.
- Apply commercial acumen to ensure resourcing priorities are achieved within allocated budget targets.
- Ensure strong governance across initiatives, including scope clarity, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with delivery leads across GN&T to ensure initiatives are execution‑ready and aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Wireless Technology Roadmaps and Strategy, TD&V and Finance.
- Represent Wireless Engineering in senior governance forums and cross‑company planning activities.
- Manage a high‑performing, inclusive team with strong collaboration and psychological safety.
- Drive clarity of roles, responsibilities, and operating model within the CoE.
- Coach and guide your team to foster strong technical ownership and accountability.
- Champion clear communication, pragmatic decision‑making, and disciplined execution.
Required Experience & Capabilities (What you bring)
- Extensive experience in telecommunications, wireless networks, or large‑scale technology environments.
- Proven experience shaping and delivering complex, multi‑year technology programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior technical teams and influence without formal authority.
- Comfortable operating at executive forums.
- Strong stakeholder management across engineering, strategy and finance.
- Experience with investment planning, business cases, and financial governance.
- Ability to balance technical ambition with delivery realism and commercial constraints.
- Strong problem‑solving skills in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery models.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent‑development capability.
- Clear, concise communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
