Program Manager, Workplace Giving

Job Description: • Assists with the successful planning, design, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of fundraising program(s) in consultation with supervisor to achieve corporate revenue target(s) • Creates, maintains, and evaluates guidance, cultivation, sales, and stewardship materials, tools, and prospect management resources. • Responsible for tracking and reporting, data analysis for the assigned program to evaluate trends and opportunities. • Serves as an organizational and subject matter expert on assigned fundraising program(s). • Creates effective internal and external communications plans and delivers in-person and virtual training. • Works closely with corporate fundraisers to maximize the fundraising opportunity. • Works with donors as needed to facilitate giving and execute benefits to meet fundraising goals. • Identifies trends and obstacles to overcome to maximize fundraising for the assigned program area. • During a major disaster, there may be a need to work extended hours in differing time zones to ensure the overall program needs are being met. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required. • Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the program or service and the ability to create presentations and develop training modules. • Excellent oral and communication skills, including training and presentations. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals. • Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills to develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements. • Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Ability to work on a team. • Travel may be required.
