The Project Manager at Koru Design LLP drives end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets while fostering strong client relationships. The role requires Agile expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in managing enterprise design and development projects.

Salary Range (INR): 10 to 12 LPA

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality are met.
• Build trust with clients by fostering strong relationships and clear communication at all levels.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, executive reviews, and cross-functional feedback.
• Communicate project updates, plans, and outcomes to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

• Champion agile methodologies and ensure discipline in Scrum rituals like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to maintain alignment and achieve shared goals.
• Enable iterative development by balancing MVPs, scoping, and release planning with a focus on user needs.

• Act as a product owner by ensuring functional specs, user stories, and change requests are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
• Maintain design integrity and ensure solutions meet both user needs and project objectives in the long-term while addressing short-term deliverables.
• Drive decision-making to prioritize features, manage risks, and deliver impactful outcomes.

• Optimize resource allocation, monitor team productivity, and ensure project profitability.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, including timelines, roadmaps, and functional specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and blockers to keep projects on track.

• 4+ years of experience in project management, product management, or consulting roles, managing enterprise product design and development projects (B2B or HealthTech preferred).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Basecamp, Wrike, etc for project tracking.
• Proven ability to work closely with design, engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with UX processes such as prototyping, user research, and usability testing.

• Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and align stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem solver with a focus on delivering results and managing risks effectively.
• A collaborative team player with excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Bonus: Certifications like UX-PM, PMP, or Agile credentials; experience with enterprise apps in healthcare/supply-chain/logistic domains; knowledge of WCAG compliance.
