Job Description: • Deliver high-quality programs and services for assigned clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Serve as the main point of contact for client engagements, building strong relationships with client project managers and senior sponsors. • Coordinate and onboard new projects, involving relevant team members (e.g., Senior Learning Managers, faculty, facilitators) to ensure successful delivery. • Manage project risks and scope, proactively addressing issues before they arise. • Identify business development opportunities and refer them to the Relationship Manager. • Implement solutions that align with client needs, leveraging leadership development expertise. • Engage thought leaders and facilitators to deliver program design and content. • Discuss instructional design and learning objectives to ensure program effectiveness. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in client-facing project management in an educational environment or professional services firm. • Strong planning and organizational skills to manage complex projects and schedules. • Proven project management expertise with the ability to monitor progress and adapt to change. • Customer-focused decision-making to ensure high-quality outcomes. • Clear communication and status updates to keep teams informed and projects on track. • Ability to interpret project data and recommend improvements for success. • Domain knowledge relevant to leadership development and client engagement. • Proficiency required with MS office products such as MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • Experience with collaborative technologies such as WebEx and MS Teams. • Strong business acumen skills. • Relationship-oriented.
