Responsibilities
• AI Prompt Engineering & Chatbot Optimization
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on AI-powered chat, large language models, and prompt engineering best practices.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts, system instructions, and conversational flows for client-facing chatbots.
• Analyze chatbot transcripts, search intents, failure points, and user satisfaction trends to continuously improve performance.
• Create and maintain detailed chatbot personas aligned with brand voice, regulatory constraints, and customer journey needs.
• Collaborate with UX, development, and marketing teams to evolve AI features that support conversions, customer support, and product discovery.
• Ensure chatbot responses are accurate, compliant, human-sounding, and optimized for clarity.
• Digital Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Requirements
• 4-year college degree from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, AI, or related discipline.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media fundamentals, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable interpreting complex data and turning it into insights.
• Excellent writing skills, able to craft clear, concise prompts and articulate findings effectively.
• Creative mindset with curiosity for how people interact with AI and digital experiences.
• Strong command of English, including grammar, tone, and brand voice adaptation.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM tools, chatbot platforms, or conversational design preferred.
