Creative Circle is a marketing communications firm seeking a Proofreader to support their creative team. The role involves ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with brand standards while collaborating with designers, writers, and project managers.
Responsibilities
Review collateral in ZiFlow ensuring all requested creative edits are made.
Review for formatting errors.
Ensure final creative product is on brand.
Collaborate with designers, writers, and project managers to implement edits and maintain quality control.
Use ZiFlow for proofing and ClickUp for task management and prioritization.
Maintain brand integrity while executing client and internal edits quickly and accurately.

Required
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong proofreading and quality control skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for workflow and collaboration.

Must have own computer and reliable internet access.
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa such as a H-1B, TN, or O visa.
Physically located in and perform the work for our client in the United States.
