As a Psychiatrist at Happier Living, your primary focus will be on cultivating long-term therapeutic relationships with your clients through weekly 40-minute sessions. You will be providing psychotherapy for the majority of time in each and every session often by itself without any medication management. In fact, a majority of your clients will only be seeking a long-term therapeutic relationship.
Our dedicated national practice group provides extensive support, handling client scheduling, billing, and more. This allows you to concentrate on what you do best—providing exceptional care to your clients.
Residents & Fellows:
If you are currently in Residency or Fellowship training, we encourage you to interview with us now to get a head start on your career. We actively hire Residents and Fellows for positions that begin upon completion of training. For psychiatrists entering Fellowship, we also offer moonlighting opportunities beginning in PGY-5 and beyond, providing valuable clinical experience and additional income while you complete your training.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
• Prefer if already licensed in one of the following states: CA, NY, FL, TX, NJ, or PA
• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• ABPN Board Certification or within 3 years of residency completion
• DEA registration
• Collaboration with NPs
• Enthusiastic about providing evidence-based psychotherapy for the majority of time in each session often by itself without medication management.
• Active participation in weekly 40-minute Case Conferences
• Proficiency in providing evidence-based therapy
• Experience with Zoom, EMR systems, and ePrescribing
