Job Description:
• Provides support to one or more project managers to ensure standardized and consistent delivery across the entire public sector portfolio.
• Supports the entirety of the project life cycle, from launch to closeout.
• Run monthly burn rate reports and provide to project leadership
• Coordinate with billing teams to ensure invoices are accurate and compliant
• Review expense reports to ensure compliance with government and internal policies
• Support project resource forecast and contribution margin tracking
• Support project management activities
• Update project work plan and project management plan with direction from PM
• Develop/customize deliverable templates and work with delivery team to prepare deliverables as stated in client contract
• Schedule and attends internal team meetings, draft agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Manage internal team government background check activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams)
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred
• Ability to balance multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work with teams and individuals of varying working styles in a virtual environment
• Ability to analyze data sets and create charts and graphs
• Ability to read and understand government contracts
• Ability to obtain a security clearance if required by the contract
