Responsibilities - Read and interpret Work Orders and technician field notes - Verify that the physical work performed (shipping, repairs, or new construction) perfectly matches the documented project scope and requirements - Perform manual data entry to cross-reference and update back-office systems (NetSuite and Yoda/SQL) - Maintain accurate tracking of physical assets (Meters, Transponders) by logging new installations, updating repair histories, and attaching proof of delivery - Serve as the final gatekeeper for billing accuracy - Manually trigger NetSuite invoices only after confirming all unit counts, project multipliers, and service levels are 100% accurate - Identify incomplete tickets (e.g., missing serial numbers, unclear tech notes) - Create follow-up tasks and communicate directly with field teams to resolve discrepancies and prevent backlog accumulation Skills - Ability to read and interpret Work Orders and technician field notes - Experience with manual data entry and cross-referencing back-office systems - Knowledge of database management and system integrity - Ability to maintain accurate tracking of physical assets - Experience in financial execution and billing accuracy - Strong problem-solving skills for exception handling and resolution - Ability to communicate effectively with field teams Company Overview - Conservice is the largest utility management and billing company in the United States.
