We are a US-based real estate wholesaling company seeking independent, motivated individuals to source high-quality off-market real estate deals. You will act as our deal sourcer and representative in negotiations with property owners, helping us find, negotiate, and close deals for investment properties across the United States.
This is a fully remote opportunity where you will work with our team to source deals, negotiate prices, and submit potential properties for acquisition. No prior experience in real estate is required, but strong communication skills and an ability to follow negotiation scripts are essential.
This is a commission-only role, where you will earn a competitive commission on every deal that successfully closes. You have the potential to earn high commissions based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research off-market property leads using tools such as Zillow, Craigslist, Propwire, etc.
Contact property owners via phone, email, or messaging platforms to negotiate purchase prices.
Act as a representative for our company, negotiating with sellers on behalf of the buyer (our company).
Submit deals for review and final approval.
Key Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Internet-savvy with knowledge of online real estate platforms (or willing to learn).
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection in negotiations.
Self-driven with a desire to earn commission-based income.
