About the Role
Equity Offer Group is a nationwide real estate investment company that purchases homes directly from homeowners for cash. We help people sell quickly without repairs, showings, or agent commissions.
We are hiring an Acquisitions Specialist — an inside sales position focused on speaking with homeowners who contacted us for an offer on their property.
This is not a real estate agent role and no license is required.
You will not be showing houses or knocking on doors.
You will work from your desk using phone and CRM systems to guide sellers through the process and secure purchase agreements.
What You’ll Do
• Speak with homeowners who requested a cash offer
• Build rapport and understand their situation
• Gather property details and motivation
• Present and negotiate purchase offers
• Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email
• Place properties under contract
• Coordinate with the closing and dispositions team
Leads are provided. You are not responsible for marketing.
Compensation
• Base Salary: $60,000–$72,000 per year
• Performance bonuses per closed deal
• Advancement opportunities available

What a Typical Day Looks Like
• Calling and following up with seller leads
• Conducting virtual appointments
• Updating notes and tasks in the CRM
• Sending offers and negotiating terms
• Working with our team to move deals to closing
You will spend most of your day communicating with people and managing a pipeline of active prospects.

Requirements
• Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking on the phone daily
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Strong follow-up habits
No real estate experience required — we train you.
